Refund and Cancellation Policy

We offer returns and replacement only in cases of missing, damaged, or wrong products. You must report any such issues within 7 days of receiving your order.

1. Cancellations

  • The shipping process has begun, or the product is out for delivery.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

  • The seller or merchant listed on our platform will review and verify your claim before approval.
  • Once approved, please allow up to 7 days for the delivery of the replacement item.

3. Product Mismatch

  • If the product received is different from the description or does not meet your expectations, notify our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The team will review your complaint and take appropriate action.

4. Eligibility for Returns/Replacement

To qualify for a return and refund:

  • Only items deemed defective, missing or damaged upon receipt are eligible for return and replacement. 
  • Items purchased on sale may not be eligible for return or exchange.

5. Refund Processing

  • If a refund is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

  • At Chippayi fragrance, we offer refunds or exchanges within the first 7 days from the date of purchase. After 7 days, returns or refunds will not be applicable. 

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Certain product categories may be exempt from returns or refunds. These will be clearly identified at the time of purchase.

7. Process for Accepted Returns or Exchanges

  • Once we receive the returned or exchanged product, it will be inspected by our team.
  • If approved after a quality check, your return or exchange request will be processed as per our policies.
